Artists Act for Sistergood

We’re excited to announce the launch of our pop-up art exhibition, “Artists Act for Sistergood,” which will be running from July to October at multiple locations in New York. (More details coming soon.) This is the first in a series of inspiring events where artists from around the world are uniting to help build and sustain sisterhoods across the globe through the power of art.

This exhibition is more than an art show; it’s a celebration of community, empowerment, and shared strength. Through visual art, poetry, dance, and music, we honor the bonds of sisterhood that uplift women everywhere. Our mission is to support Sistergood’s work in developing communities, where they create opportunities for women to discover their voices, care for their mental and physical well-being, and step into leadership roles that transform their communities.

Every piece of art in this exhibition has been generously donated by an artist who believes in the power of sisterhood. Proceeds from the sale of the artwork will directly support Sistergood’s programs, supporting self-discovery workshops, self-care initiatives, mentorship, leadership training and vocational training for women in Ghana, Pakistan, Liberia, Kenya, Philadelphia, and beyond.

He hope you will join us by participating in the auction, spreading the word, or simply showing up to stand in solidarity with women everywhere. We want to harness the power of art and sisterhood to create a ripple effect
of positive change.

Together, we can build a stronger world — one sisterhood at a time.

About Sistergood:

Sistergood Leadership Program. Throughout the program we asses what is needed to continue beyond the initial 3 month foundational wellness program. Each community we work with is unique and different based on cultures, everyday-living situations, and current needs and desires. We curate our programming in order to best serve each community.

How

Our wellness and leadership programs are facilitated virtually with a local person to help organize and manage the on-site portion.
